Cont de șofer

Contul de șofer este creat și administrat de firma pentru care lucrați. Cereți ștergerea administratorului firmei: el poate dezactiva imediat contul și îl poate șterge din consolă. Dacă firma nu răspunde, scrieți-ne la [email protected] cu emailul contului și numele firmei.

Contul unei firme

Administratorul firmei poate descărca oricând copia completă a datelor din „Firmă și backup”, apoi poate cere închiderea contului firmei la adresa de mai sus. Datele se șterg în cel mult 30 de zile, inclusiv copiile de siguranță, cu excepția celor pe care legea impune să fie păstrate.

Ce se șterge

Contul, sesiunile, poziția GPS, identificatorul de notificări și mesajele. Traseele, dovezile de livrare și alertele pot fi păstrate de firmă cât timp are o obligație legală sau un interes legitim documentat (de exemplu reclamații), conform Politicii de confidențialitate.

Account and data deletion

Driver account

Driver accounts are created and managed by the company you work for. Ask the company administrator to delete it: they can disable it immediately and delete it from the console. If the company does not respond, email [email protected] with the account email and company name.

Company account

The company administrator can download a full copy of the data at any time from "Company & backup" and then request closure of the company account at the address above. Data is deleted within 30 days, including backups, except where the law requires it to be kept.

What is deleted

The account, sessions, GPS position, notification identifier and messages. Routes, delivery proofs and alerts may be kept by the company while it has a legal obligation or a documented legitimate interest (for example claims), as described in the Privacy policy.
